Welcome to NoomCottageClay

Hello! I'm Noom, from Thailand, and I’m based in Vilnius, Lithuania. Here you’ll find eclectic handmade jewelry with a cottagecore vibe. I opened my first Etsy shop in 2020, and I launched this website afterward to share even more of my creations.

I’m inspired by the cottagecore aesthetic and love making fun, cute items, especially those related to dogs, animals, and nature.

I handle everything myself, from design to packaging and shipping, ensuring each piece is made with love and attention to detail. :-)

How to Care For & Clean Your Jewelry

What is Polymer Clay?

The jewelry is made from polymer clay, a synthetic material created from a durable, lightweight plastic polymer base (PVC).

Care Instructions:

Handle jewelry carefully; it may break if dropped or bent.
To clean, use water or mild soap with a damp, clean cloth or soft brush.
The earring posts and backings are made from 316L stainless steel. Clean them with rubbing alcohol on a cotton pad before each wear to sanitize the metal.
Avoid wearing jewelry underwater or in the shower, as water exposure could affect its longevity.

Warning

Keep jewelry away from pets and children under 7, as small pieces may be a choking hazard.
Do not wear jewelry while sleeping or showering, as it may become tangled in hair and cause injury.
Remove earrings immediately if you experience itchiness or any allergic reaction.
Take care when putting on dangle earrings with long hair, as they can become entangled and may cause injury.

Packaging

Jewelry is packaged in a paper jewelry box.
Orders with fewer than 6 items are shipped in a padded envelope.

Estimated Shipping Time

USA: 2-4 weeks
Europe: 1-2 weeks
Rest of the World: 2-4 weeks

Refund Policy

Lost packages

If your package does not arrive, I offer either a refund or a replacement after 30 days from the date the shipping notification was sent. This timeframe is to allow for unexpected postal delays.

Damaged items

If your item arrives damaged, I offer either a refund or a replacement within 14 days of delivery. Please contact me with a photo of the damage so I can help quickly.
